MOVE Presentation on ECPR General Conference 2016

Alongside with other colleagues, MOVE partner Laura Díaz from ICN in Spain will present a paper titled “A Connected World?: Youth Transnational Political Participation and the Internet” on the ECPR conference 2016 in Prague. The presentation introduces the audience to the MOVE project’s empirical methodology of collecting data via online surveys and highlights challenges and advantages considering topic, target group and methodology of the project. The presentation is embedded in panel number P092 “Diasporas as Non-state Actors in World Politics” which will be held on September 8th, starting from 11 am.

With 2000 visiting international scientists each autumn, the ECPR’s General Conference is the largest political science event in Europe. This years’ conference will be held in Prague, in the Czech Republic, from September 7-10. The ECPR conference attracts scholars throughout the world and from all sub-disciplines and is a perfect opportunity to exchange ideas and to get in touch. You may also use the platform to meet some members of the MOVE project.
